William Fulcher was born c.1823 in Ranworth, Norfolk. |
In 1851, he was given as a journeyman millwright aged 28 living on Thorpe Road, Mousehold with his wife Susan. |
In 1861 he was given as a millwright & publican aged 38 living in Mousehold, Thorpe with his wife Susan. |
In 1871 he was given as a licensed victualler aged 48 living at the "Baker's Arms," Mousehold, Thorpe with his wife Susan. |
He had died by 1888, when his widow died in June of that year. |

FULCHER. - On the 16th inst., at the Bakers Arms, St. Leonard's-road, Thorpe Hamlet, Susan, widow of the late William Fulcher, millwright, aged 63. Norfolk Chronicle - 23rd June 1888 |
