Neatishead postmill |
Neatishead post windmill was working in the 1700s and could well have been working far earlier. It stood to the south of the village in a farmyard. The common sails powered a single pair of 4 ft. 10 ins. French burr stones. The mill was replaced by a new towermill in the first quarter of the 1800s. |
